This loan allows you to purchase a home and make improvements. You are able to use this type of loan to make improvements such as; a new kitchen, a new bathroom or the garage you have been needing.

The list of required improvements are addressed first. After those have been addressed, you can add to the list.

As your consultant my job is to meet with you and your contractor to determine what improvements you want to make.

One of the most important and, expensive purchases you will ever make is your home.
